Brown Panda – Shipping Policy
1. Order processing time
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after we receive your order confirmation email and successful payment.
You will receive a separate notification when your order has shipped, which will include your tracking details.
2. Shipping options, rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery address, selected shipping method and any applicable offers.
We generally offer the following shipping options within India:
- Standard Shipping – estimated delivery within 4–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping – estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping – where available under specific order values or promotional offers, estimated delivery within 5–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary based on your location, courier performance and external factors beyond our control (for example, weather, strikes, regional disruptions or festive season load).
3. Domestic shipping (India)
Brown Panda currently ships to most major locations across India. Serviceability is subject to our courier partners. Certain pin codes or remote locations may have longer delivery timelines or may not be serviceable.
Deliveries to metro cities are usually faster than deliveries to remote or rural locations. Estimated timelines will be shared at checkout and in your shipping confirmation email.
4. Order tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification that includes your tracking number and carrier details.
You can use this tracking number to:
- Check the status of your shipment on the carrier’s website.
5. Damages, delays and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if your package or item appears to be damaged, tampered with or different from what you ordered.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, email us at support@brownpanda.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number; and
- Clear photographs of the outer packaging, shipping label and the item(s) received.
We will investigate the issue with our courier partner and, where appropriate, guide you through the next steps in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
While we do our best to dispatch on time, delays may occur during high‑volume periods (for example, sales and festivals) or due to courier or operational disruptions beyond our control. Such delays do not entitle you to compensation, but you may still be eligible for a return or refund under our Return & Refund Policy.
6. Shipping charges, duties and taxes
Unless expressly mentioned as “Free Shipping” at checkout, all shipping charges are payable by you and will be shown before you complete payment.
Orders shipped within India are subject to applicable GST and local taxes, which will be displayed at checkout and on your invoice. If we start shipping internationally in the future, any customs duties, import taxes or handling charges levied by destination authorities will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
7. Undeliverable packages and wrong address
It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including flat number, building name, street, landmark and correct pin code.
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the parcel, we may:
- Reship the order after you confirm the address and pay any applicable reshipping charges; or
- Process a refund after deducting original shipping and return shipping charges, where applicable.
